Your job is to host. We handle the rest.

Most business owners assume running a pull tab program means managing licensing, compliance, inventory, and machine repairs on their own. It doesn't. Here's exactly how the responsibilities are divided.

If your current distributor isn't delivering, switching is easier than you think.

Dozens of Ohio retailers switch to ASG each year because service matters. Here's what we hear most, and what we offer in return.

Empty machine, slow restock A machine that runs out on a Friday night is lost sales and a frustrated customer base. Most distributors operate on fixed schedules.
ASG ships overnight. Order by end of business and product arrives next morning. 24/7 app and web ordering means you reorder the moment you notice you're running low, not when your rep finally calls back.
Machine breaks, nobody shows up A down machine generates zero revenue. If your distributor outsources service or charges per-call, repairs get slow and expensive.
ASG has a team of dedicated in-state techs. No outsourcing. No service-call fees. No labor fees. Free annual preventive maintenance means most problems don't happen in the first place.
Same games for months, players lose interest Stale inventory kills sell-through. If the same tickets sit in the machine for weeks, regular customers stop playing.
ASG actively rotates new games. Fresh assortment keeps players engaged. Our team and POS materials help promote new arrivals so your gross sales volume can grow.
"Add a second machine to increase sales" A common pitch from competitors. But a second machine only helps if the first is truly capacity-constrained.
We'll be straight with you. If your first machine isn't selling through weekly, a second one just doubles floor space and inventory with no new revenue. Real sales drivers are machine placement, fresh games, and publicizing winners. We focus on those first.

Everything you need to know before you call

Yes. Ohio House Bill 386 (2012) specifically authorized licensed 501(c)(3) charities to place pull tab machines in qualifying retail locations. The key is that a licensed charity holds the bingo/pull tab license through the Ohio Attorney General, not you. Your location earns expense reimbursement for hosting. The program must be structured properly, which is exactly what ASG manages.
Nothing upfront. The dispensing machine is owned and placed by the charity at no cost to your location. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no equipment purchase. You purchase product for the program, and Ohio law allows up to 6% of gross receipts as expense reimbursement.
The licensed charity handles all filings with the Ohio Attorney General's Charitable Law Section, not your location. ASG connects you with a charity that already holds an active license, or can help a new charity navigate the application process. Your responsibility is hosting the program, not managing the licensing paperwork.
Under Ohio law (ORC 2915.093), your location can receive up to 6% of total gross receipts as expense reimbursement. This is not a profit share. It is specifically defined as reimbursement for allowable expenses associated with hosting the program. At maximum rate, that's up to $60 back for every $1,000 in pull tab sales.
No. Ohio law prohibits the sale of instant bingo tickets to anyone under 18. This is a compliance requirement your location agrees to when hosting the program. The same rules apply as with lottery sales.
Call ASG. We have a team of dedicated in-state techs. There are no service-call fees and no labor fees for covered repairs. We also perform free annual preventive maintenance on every machine to minimize downtime. Our machines are the American Games Maxim series, field-tested in thousands of locations across the country.
Through the Charity Pull Tabs app (Apple and Google), the website at charitypulltabs.com, or by phone during business hours. Order by end of business and your product ships overnight via FedEx or UPS. We accept ACH, credit cards, and debit cards, and credit card rewards are yours to keep.
Bars, taverns, fraternal clubs (VFW, Eagles, American Legion, Moose Lodge), convenience stores, carryouts, gas stations, bowling alleys, and restaurants are common qualifying locations. The Ohio law requirement is that pull tab sales cannot be the primary source of income for the location. It must be a supplemental revenue stream, not the main business.
